1. Waitlist Promotion & Rewards
By joining the Lobb Control waitlist, you may be eligible to receive PHP 1,000 worth of platform credits upon the official launch of the software. The following rules apply to this promotion:
- Each player/email address is limited to a single promotion enrollment.
- Credits are non-transferable and hold no cash value.
- We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reject any promo credits if we detect abuse or fraudulent behavior (e.g. temporary/disposable email addresses).
2. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, scoreboards, and layout elements on lobbcontrol.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Lobb Control and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the site without our prior written consent.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Lobb Control does not guarantee that the landing page or upcoming software features will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lobb Control, its officers, employees, or partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the waitlist or use of this website.
